How Can You Prove that You are not Mentally Sick

When we consider mental health we do not say that one does not have
any illness, but when in yoga and meditation treatment we consider it
as the ego problems that create the illness or ailments and thus are
treated by making one realize that one cannot know everything and ego
is very limited so creates problems like compulsive disorder, mania in
which one assumes many things about oneself, inner conflicts that
result in bipolar disorder to schizophrenia and lot more, and thus
also hormonal imbalances. Lot can be said but I am not the one, who
can give definitions of these terms, but I understand it that all of
it is emotional suppression that disturbs the ego affecting the
intellectual maturity.

So, even though such people may be highly intellectual, they are
emotionally immature and behave as if a child - the nine moods
transitions that make them laugh, cry, dress well or not well dressed,
showing compassion and apathy alternatively, wonder and sadness
alternatively, state or mood of anger and be poised alternatively; and
so on.

This is something that Indian Health Sciences like Ayurveda in which
Yoga and Naturopathy is described and discussed explain. I have
studied it, and also studied Sir William James, who studied Indian and
western wisdom, and his contribution in the humanistic psychology is
remarkable in which all are believed to have their own (individual)
schizoid world (normally considered a serious disease in the modern
health sciences, particularly in psychiatry). However, it is only lack
of communication skills that make one think and behave inconsistently
resulting in symptoms of disease that is not there but lack of skill
of self-expression (the emotional suppression - art) is there hiding
the human potential in the name of mental disease.

So, are you mentally sick or do not have skills of self-expression?

Please think about it and if needed learn the communication skills.

Thanks for your reading it.
